Shipping
- Complimentary 2-day shipping on every order over $500. We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight with full insurance and adult signature required.
- Orders under $500 ship at flat-rate $25.
- International shipping available — duties and taxes calculated at checkout where supported.
- Made-to-order pieces ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom commissions take 6–8 weeks.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery for a full refund on unworn, in-original-condition pieces.
- Engraved or sized pieces are final sale — exchanges only.
- Custom commissions are non-refundable but always backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on workmanship and stone-setting. Complimentary cleaning, polishing, and prong-tightening for as long as you own the piece — for free, at any of our locations.
