1. Who we are

DBE(“we,” “us”) operates this website and sells fine jewelry directly to customers (“you”). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse any order — including for pricing errors. If your order is cancelled before fulfillment, we'll refund any charges in full.

3. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn, in-original-condition piece for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. Warranty

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or normal wear over decades.

5. Intellectual property

Designs, photography, copy, and branding are owned by DBE. You may not reproduce or commercially use any of it without written permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
